Eschaton Artifact 07

Much like other artifacts associated with the Eschaton, this objects often spring forth into Ur-Reality and manifest into existence at seemingly random locations. As with other artifacts, this object has some hazards effect on physical entities above a particular threshold of complexity.

Physical contact with this object can induce immobility and apparent liquefaction. Any physical entity immobilised and liquified by contact are usually absorbed (and presumably incorporated) into the artifact. However, somehow the artifact does not gain any additional mass during this process.
